If you are not happy with our products, we want to help quickly correct the problem. Goods may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. If the goods are faulty or were sent in error we will reimburse you the cost incurred to return the item/s back to us.

If your package is incomplete or incorrectly described we will meet our legal obligations by providing replacement products or refunding the purchase price and delivery charges.

To return your product please contact info@saferange.co.nz and our team will help you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error is our fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
